Farm Engagement Pictures - Minnesota
Spring in Minnesota can have super unpredictable weather. The weather the week before this session was super warm, sunny, and all the snow had melted. However, the morning of the session it snowed and somehow the snow stuck. Most of it melted before our session though, and it kind of reminded me of fall weather. To me, fall means one thing... Red by Taylor Swift. I was inspired by the scene in the All too Well music video, where the two main characters are madly in love and spend a weekend upstate together.
The location of this session was one of the Dodge Nature Center properties (Shepard Farm) in Cottage Grove. This location gives all the country, farm vibes (and even has animals!) but its only a 20 minute drive from the city. Seriously one of my favorite locations. I love the old white farmhouse, and animal pastures.
