An Indoor Winter Engagement Session In MPLS, MN
Sophia and Matt got engaged this past December after a beautiful dinner at the Nicollet Island Inn in Minneapolis, MN. At first Sophia didn't expect anything, but when Matt suggested they go for a walk in the horrible Minnesota winter weather, she figured something might be up. And when he insisted after she said no, she figured she'd play along. They walked along to Stone Arch Bridge, and Matt suggested they walk past some suspicious looking people with umbrellas (who happened to be their friends in incognito mode ready to snap some pics). He then got down on one knee and proposed!
When it came time for their engagement pictures, they wanted to visit both Nicollet Island Inn and the Stone Arch Bridge again, because both were so important to their proposal. The staff at Nicollet Island Inn were so wonderful and accommodating with allowing us 15 minutes to snap some quick pictures before they opened for the day. The server Sophia and Matt had when they got engaged was even working, so we took a picture with her at the table they sat at! This restaurant was seriously the perfect location for some beautiful indoor engagement pictures in the winter.
We then headed over to the Stone Arch Bridge for a few more pictures, before making our way to the Landmark Center to end the session (separate blog post for that location)!
