Arran & Zach @ Rice Creek

I met Arran almost two years ago working at a dog day care together. We became friends through work, and although neither of us work there anymore, we still keep in touch and hang out. Arran is so funny and always down to listen to whatever crazy stories I have to tell. I met Zach for this first time during this session, and I could immediately tell how in love he is with Arran. I had such a fun time capturing the both of them during this session, and I hope to do so again in the future!

Arran and Zach had a golden hour session at my favorite location in the twin cities, Rice Creek in Shorewood MN. I've done a lot of sessions here and usually there is at least one other couple taking photos there, but it is never too crowded. That was definitely not the case the evening we were there though. It was a super warm evening for the last weekend of October, so that brought lots of walkers and bikers to the area. There also happened to be what appeared was a very large dance group of around 50 people taking photos there at the same time.

Despite the crowds we were still able to find some quiet locations, and had a fun time. Arran and Zach shared lots of laughs, and of course lots of kisses throughout their session. I hardly had to pose them at all, and they were great sports with all my prompts which meant I had no trouble getting lots of great photos.
